Wednesday evening January 15, Culver City Police assisted Santa Monica Police with burglary suppression in areas of Santa Monica that were evacuated due to fire.
While patrolling, Culver City Police observed a suspicious subject attempting to force his way into an evacuated apartment building. As officers approached the subject he immediately began to walk away from them. The suspect was found to have an outstanding felony warrant for vehicle theft and was arrested.
Culver City Police continue to work to support our neighboring areas and maintain the highest level of service to our community.
