The Board of Directors of the Culver City Chamber of Commerce has endorsed Councilmember Albert Vera, Denice Renteria and Jeannine Wisnosky Stehlin for election to the City Council on November 5, 2024. The Board's vote, which followed careful consideration of endorsement questionnaires, was nearly unanimous.

Board Chair and interim CEO Ed Wolkowitz noted that the upcoming City Council election is of critical importance to the community. The current council majority has effected a sea change in the direction of Culver City and the Chamber is confident that Vera, Renteria and Wisnosky Stehlin will continue that trend. Paraphrasing one of the Presidential candidates, Wolkowitz said "...we ain't going back!"

Started in 1921 the Chamber of Commerce is one of Culver City's oldest organizations. Its Mission Statement is "to be a catalyst for business growth and expansion, a connector of people, resources, and ideas, and a champion of a strong community."
