29. Cleveland Browns (1-2): In 2020, Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson threw for 4,823 yards in 16 games for the Texans, to lead the NFL. He had 33 touchdown passes and just 7 interceptions, completing 70.2% of his passes. That earned him a $230 million-dollar five-year guaranteed contract from the Browns. Since 2020, Watson has started 15 games, thrown for 2,768 yards, has 17 touchdown passes with 11 interceptions, completing 59.3% of his passes. 32. Tennessee Titans (0-3): Quarterback Will Levis was sacked eight times, threw two interceptions, and lost a fumble in a 30-14 loss to the Packers. It would be an understatement to say that the Titans offense is struggling. The Titans have a -7 turnover ratio though three games, with eight turnovers on offense and one turnover in three games form the defense. Former UCLA quarterback Brian Callahan is the new head coach with the Titans, and somehow he needs to find a running attack to take the pressure off of Levis, and he needs the defense to make a few plays.
