The Initial investigation indicates that the victim visited an ATM at 1:10 am on the 5600 block of Sepulveda Boulevard. He withdrew cash, and while walking back to his vehicle, two suspects ran up to him. One of the suspects (S-1) pointed a black semi-automatic rifle at the victim and said, "Give me the money.
