Culver City High School's baseball team is a first place team

Just like the girl's lacrosse team the baseball team is riding an eight game winning streak all the way to the top of the Bay league. The Centaurs next and final regular season game is Thursday, April 25, at home at 3:30 p.m. against Santa Monica. The Centaurs beat Santa Monica on the road last Tuesday 2-0.

Three teams, Culver City, Palos Verdes and Santa Monica in the Bay league have all have 6-3 league records, but the Centaurs are in first place because they have beaten both of those teams. Culver City's overall record is 21-4. They will be in the CIF playoffs next week. Some of the key players for the Centaurs right now are Henry Herrbach, Even Reiter, Nolan Risenberg and Joaquin Scholer.
