Armed Robbery at Mall

On May 19, at 08:00 pm, the Culver City Police Department received a call for service regarding an armed robbery that had just occurred at the Westfield/Culver City mall parking lot located at 6000 Sepulveda Blvd.

Officers arrived on the scene and met with the victim, who explained that three suspects were following him as he exited from Sheikh Shoes. While in the parking lot, the suspects asked him, "Where you from" and showed him a black handgun. The victim continued walking, and the suspects began striking him with closed fists until he fell to the ground. Then, the suspects pulled jewelry from the victim's neck, took his phone, and ran back inside the mall.

SUSPECT #1: Male, Black, approximately 18-25 years old, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and red pants.

SUSPECT #2: Male, Black, approximately 18-25 years old, wearing a white shirt, and black pants, with a tattoo on his face of the letter "B", armed with a black handgun which was in his waistband.

SUSPECT #3: Male, Black, approximately 18-25 years old, wearing a white shirt.

WEAPON: Black semi-automatic handgun.

PROPERTY STOLEN: $10,000 worth of necklaces and Gold iPhone
