Julio Urias of the has earned the starting pitching spot for the Dodgers on Opening Day game on Thursday. Last year he pitched in 31 games and was 17-7 with 166 strikeouts and an ERA of 2.16. In 2021, Urias had a record of 20-3. The Dodgers play a four game series at home against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. On Monday they face the Colorado Rockies at home for a two game series on Monday and Tuesday.
