Rams and Bills open the NFL season on Thursday

The Los Angeles Rams and the Buffalo Bills open the NFL season on Thursday at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. Kick off is set for 5:20 p.m. PT. The defending Super Bowl champion Rams will play one of the toughest schedules in the NFL and all starts with the Bills. The Bills are predicted to be one of the best teams in the NFL along with the Rams.

To try to figure out if the game is going to be a defensive battle or an offensive shootout is impossible. Both teams have very good defenses and explosive offenses. Both teams have excellent quarterbacks and great receivers.

At the quarterback position for the Rams it will be Matthew Stafford versus Josh Allen of the Bills. During the regular season last year Stafford threw for 4,886 yards and 41 touchdowns. Allen threw for 4,407 yards and 36 touchdowns. Stafford’s top receiver was Cooper Kupp. Kupp caught 145 passes for 1947 yards and 16 touchdowns. Stefon Diggs of the Bills caught 103 passes for 1225 yards and 10 touchdowns.

On defense the Rams will be led by lineman Aaron Donald, linebacker Bobby Wagner and defensive back Jalen Ramsey. Don’t look pass the specials teams and turnovers. Final score: Rams 31-24.
