What's next for Showtime?

Is this the most disappointing season in the history of the Los Angeles Lakers? That's the question all of Laker Nation will pondering during this year's playoffs.

For a team many thought that would be competing for a NBA championship. The Lakers will be home thinking about ways to improve this aging roster with a few pieces that just doesn't fit. Who will be the new head coach leading the Lake Show? Will the Lakers contemplate rebuilding? Those are some of the questions the organization will need to answer in the next few weeks.

These will be questions that will have to be answered as LeBron James will be entering his 20th year in the NBA, looking to finish his career with possibly another ring or two.

The Lakers will first look at what to do with former All-Star Russell Westbrook as he will be $44 million against the cap next year. Although he started playing better at the end of the season a lot of people view this as a very bad season.

Anthony Davis, the one-time champion in Los Angeles is a player that will also be look at as a player that is always hurt and can he stay healthy enough to help the Lakers in the near future. Their rival the Los Angeles Clippers are in the playoffs the Lakers will only be able to think what-if and what's next after a failed year
