Conviction Overturned
In an obvious setback to the Me-too movement the Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court overturned the sexual assault conviction of Bill Cosby this morning citing prosecutorial mistakes. Cosby was serving a 3–10-year sentence.
It is expected he was released from prison Wednesday afternoon.
Prosecutors have not said if they plan to retry him.
