Gunfire rattled Culver City residents this week when at least one suspect drove through a neighborhood and opened fired on several homes.
Culver City Police Officers responded to the 5200 block of Slauson Avenue at about 11:25 a.m. Wednesday to investigate reports of bullet holes that were found in a home's garage and interior walls, according to the Culver City Police Department.
An ongoing search for the unidentified suspects continued into the evening Wednesday after investigators uncovered bullet holes in multiple homes.
Officers and detectives located two other residences that had been damaged by gunfire. Witnesses told investigators they saw a light-colored newer model sedan drive through the area between 4 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. on Monday, firing multiple gunshots at the homes.
