"Ms. Glodney' s drive and compassion to preserve affordable housing and enhance the quality of lives of its residents has earned her a stellar reputation as a strong advocate in the industry," said NAHMA President Timothy Zaleski. "Not only has she consistently displayed her leadership and talents, but she has also exhibited an uncanny ability to connect with everyone she meets."

Glodney has served on the Goldrich Kest team since 1972. The company, which is headquartered in Culver City, is one of California's largest and most diversified real estate companies with 60 affordable multifamily buildings containing 6,193 units.

Recognized as one of the nation's most successful real estate companies, Goldrich Kest is a privately owned family-run business that can trace its origins back more than 60 years to two entrepreneurs, Jona Goldrich and Sol Kest, who parlayed their meager savings into an empire. Today, their descendants, known within the company as "G2: The Next Generation," continue to build upon the eponymous company's ever-expanding portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial and retail projects. Among them are 122 apartment buildings with 13,544 units, 5 marinas with 2,139 slips, 24 senior living facilities with 4,248 beds, and, scattered throughout the US, more than 6 million square feet of non-residential space. Dozens of their apartment buildings accommodate low-income families and Goldrich Kest offers free after-school and summer programs to keep its young residents engaged and eager to learn. NAHMA's mission is to promote development and preservation of quality affordable multifamily housing by advancing legislative and regulatory policy and preparing affordable housing professionals to succeed in evolving economic and political environments. To whom it may concern: Do some more research, please. They have 1.5 stars on Yelp AND you will notice how fake the positive reviews are are if you want proof, compare the names to names in their staff. That .5 of a star is only their because of those obviously fake reviews. I have never had any interaction with Glodney but nevertheless I found this article to be just like the staff I am familiar with at GK. Untrue, shameful, and outrageous. The turnover rate for apt managers is ridiculous
