Boys and Girls Basketball and Soccer Teams Victorious
Last Friday, all four Varsity teams beat the Hawthorne Cardinals to sweep the competition. Boys Basketball won 88-22 and are now in sole-possession of first-place as Santa Monica beat Beverly 76-64 in Ocean League action. The Lady Centaurs won their basketball game 52 to 34 and are now 3-1 in league and pulled their overall record even at 9-9.
The varsity Boys and Girls soccer teams beat their much-improved Cardinal competition by the same score: 6-0. In the Boys match, striker, Hayden Brown had a hat-trick; scoring the first three goals of the match.
