Runyon Group Platform Scores Near Expo Station
Scopely an interactive entertainment and mobile games company has signed a 60,000-square-foot office lease at Runyon Group's Platform next to the Expo line station in Culver City.
CBRE's Jacob Bobek represented the tenant. The landlord was self-represented by Runyon Group's Joseph Miller and David Fishbein.
Bobek says, "The Platform expansion will be a state-of-the-art building that will serve as a fantastic new headquarters for rapidly-expanding Scopely and will allow them to continue to grow the business and team."
Scopely recently launched two new games, Star Trek Fleet Command and Looney Tunes World of Mayhem,
They join Apple and HBO who will be joining them in the area around the station. It will be relocating from 28,000 square feet in the nearby Hayden Tract area, they expect to take occupancy in late 2020
