Annual Spring Egg Hunting Coming

Thunder? Or Thumpers? Don’t be alarmed by the approaching herd of bunnies – they are all converging on Veterans Memorial Park for the Annual Spring Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 16. The Egg Dash begins at 10:00 AM but be sure to arrive by no later than 9:45 AM to take your place at the starting line. The age range for Dashers is toddlers to 10-year olds. After all of the candy-filled and “special” golden eggs have been tucked away in baskets and buckets, many fun-filled activities will be available for children and their families until 1:00 PM. The Culver City Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) Department is hosting games, arts and crafts, music, jumpers, food trucks, a trackless train and a chance to have photos taken with the big, furry, friendly bunny of your choice!

The Annual Spring Egg Hunt is sponsored by the City of Culver City and Kiwanis Culver City. Parking is limited so please arrive early. No reservations are required.

For more information, email the Recreation Office at [email protected]

or call (310) 253-6650. You can follow the department on Facebook for news of upcoming PRCS Department programs and events.

Veterans Memorial Park is located at the corner of Culver Boulevard and Overland Avenue.

One last thing, don’t forget to bring your basket!
