To people who live and work in Culver City it will come as no surprise that it's not cheap to live here anymore. Maybe it's our local government, maybe it's our excellent schools, maybe it's our police and fire departments who are always there when you need them or our city employees who keep the streets clean and the trees trimmed. Maybe, just maybe it's all of those things and more. According to the Zumper Los Angeles Metro Report this month Culver City ranked as the 5th most expensive city to rent in los Angeles County.
The price of one-bedroom units grew 4.9% to $2,160, while two-bedroom units increased 1.5% to $2,720.
Zumper analyzed active listings in January 2019 across 22 metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents. The California state median was $1,769 last month.
