Culver City Firefighters at all three stations gathered to remember the 2,983 people murdered at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2011. 412 first responders died including 343 New York City Firefighters. The crowd observed a moment of silence at 6;46 am (8;49 Eastern time), the time at which the first jet hit the tower.
