A Culver City-based nonprofit group will co-sponsor a meeting on Thursday, July 26, for residents of Culver and other parts of the Westside to meet with local law-enforcement officials to discuss their various security concerns and strengthen their relationships.
The group, Common Peace, expects more than 60 to attend but adds that more are welcome. A free dinner will be served at 6 p.m., followed by talks in small groups involving police and residents.
Reservations for the free event can be made by calling (310) 390-7278, or by visiting http://www.director@commonpeace.org.
