Aaron Bautista and Nicole Angileri, both from Culver City have been welcomed into the Phi Kappa Phi honor society.
Only the top 10 percent of senior students and 7.5 percent of junior students are eligible to join; graduate students may also qualify, along with faculty, professional staff, and alumni who have achieved scholarly distinction.
President Jimmy Carter, NASA astronaut Wendy Lawrence, novelist John Grisham and YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley are members.
