Council Candidate Marcus Tiggs to Hold Campaign Kickoff BBQ

Marcus G. Tiggs, a Culver City resident for over 20 years and candidate in the 2018 Culver City Council race will hold his campaign kickoff party/barbeque on Sunday, December 3.

The event will be from 2 pm to 4 at the home of Mike Cohen, 4378 Jasmine Avenue, Culver City, CA 90232. All are invited and encouraged to stop by.

For over 15 years Tiggs has served the community in numerous capacities from the Planning Commission (including chair), as chair of the Fiesta La Ballona Committee and as a leader on the Public Safety Citizen Advisory Committee, Culver City Unified School District Citizen Bond Oversight Committee, the Centennial Celebration Committee, and numerous other groups.

According to Tiggs, what sets him apart is his proven leadership abilities in and outside Culver City, his breadth of experience working on various city commissions/committees for a common goal, and time-tested ability to work as a team with others, regardless of differing political or social views.

Come spend some time with your neighbors, local community leaders and supportive family and friends. While no campaign can do without financial support, no one is turned away for lack of a contribution.

There will be some delicious bbq, appetizers, drinks, and great conversation. Lean more why Marcus is the right choice for Culver City. All are welcome!

Marcus can be recached directly by phone (213-629-8801) or email: info@electiggs.com. For more information on the event and to RSVP go to https://electiggs.com/events/campaign-kickoff
