Culver City police detectives arrested a male suspect on Tuesday who allegedly exposed himself to multiple female victims. Throughout the last six months female victims were walking when he drove his vehicle near them. The victims saw the suspect exposing himself inside of his car. On all these occasions, the suspect drove away before CCPD officers arrived.
