Two concerts that you don't want to miss are landing at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills and the Canyon Club in Agoura Hills in April.
On April 8 at the Saban Theatre Mr. Las Vegas is back with "Wayne Newton: Up Close and Personal," a show unlike any he has ever done before, boasting a compilation of all of his greatest hits.
He will sing crowd favorites including the platinum record "Danke Schoen," as well as engage with the audience by answering questions.
Not only does he sing but he'll also play an assortment of instruments that he has perfected over the years.
Voted Nevada Magazine's "Best Entertainer" eight years in a row and having performed over 30,000 Vegas shows, Newton will share the stories and videos that were impactful and influential on his legendary 50+year career.
Then on April 15 Jeff Bridges makes an appearance with his band at the Canyon Club.
Bridges, while best known as an actor and producer, is also an accomplished country/Americana musician.
Though music has long been a passion for Bridges it was his role as Otis "Bad" Blake in the 2009 film Crazy Heart (for which Bridges won the Academy Award for Best Actor) that really brought his musical talents to the forefront. Most recently, he released an album produced by T-Bone Burnett.
He earned Academy Award nominations for the films The Last Picture Show, Thunderbolt and Lightfoot, Starman, The Contender, True Grit, and currently co-stars with Meryl Streep in the hit movie The Giver.
