School Board President Resigns to Relocate to Maine

District Seeks Applicants to be Appointed to Fill Her Seat

The Culver City Unified School District announced earlier this week that Sue Robins, President of the CCUSD Board of Education, will be resigning her position as she and her family relocate to Portland, Maine later this month. The Board will be accepting applications through March 10 for any Culver City residents interested in being considered for a provisional appointment to serve out the remainder of Ms. Robins' term, which extends through 2018. Provisional School Board Member Applications can be found on the front page of the Culver City Unified School District website, and should be completed and dropped off to Rebecca Williams at the Culver City Unified School District Office by noon on Friday, March 10, 2017. The Culver City Unified School District School Board will review applications and make a provisional Board Member appointment at the next regularly scheduled Board Meeting on March 14.
