UCLA and USC football teams will start their 12 game regular season Saturday when both teams travel to Texas. UCLA will play Texas A&M at 12:30 p.m. on Channel 2 and USC faces the No. 1 team in the country, Alabama in Arlington at 5 p.m. on Channel 7.
Both teams return home next week on September 10. The Trojans play Utah State at 11 a.m. at the Coliseum and the Bruins will battle UNLV at 5 p.m. at the Rose Bowl.
This season the Bruins will be led by quarterback Josh Rosen, defensive lineman Eddie Vanderdoes and offensive tackle Connor McDermott.
The Trojans will rely on offensive tackle Zach Baner, offensive and defensive player Adoree’ Jackson, tailbacks Justin Davis and Roland Jones II, linebacker Cameron Smith and wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster.
