UCLA Women To Conclude Home Schedule

The No. 14 UCLA women's basketball team will play their final two home games of the regular season this weekend when they host Arizona on Friday at 8 p.m. and No. 9 Arizona State on Sunday at 11 a.m. Both games will be played inside Pauley Pavilion on the UCLA campus.

The lady Bruins are 20-7 overall and 12-4 in the Pac-12. If they expect to stay in the top bracket of the Pac-12 and get a high seed in the upcoming Pac-12 Tournament they need to win one of the two games against the Arizona schools. Oregon State is in first place with a record of 24-3 and 15-1 and Arizona State is 24-4 and 15-1. Stanford is tied with the Bruins in second place with a record of 22-6 and 12-4.

The women's Pac-12 Tournament will start next week at the Key Arena in Seattle Thursday and the tournament will run through Sunday.

The Bruin men are headed to the bay area this weekend when the take on a very good California team on Thursday at 6 p.m. and Stanford on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. Next Wednesday, March 2, they face Oregon at 6 p.m. They have an overall record of 15-12 and 6-8 in the Pac-12. Their final game of the regular season is Saturday, March 5 against Oregon State at 3:30 p.m. Both Oregon games will be played at Pauley Pavilion on the UCLA campus.

The Men's Pac-12 Tournament, which is played at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas will start on March 9 and continue through March 12.
