Party in the Park Returns

Fiesta La Ballona, Culver City's "Party In The Park" returns on August 22-24 at Veterans Park in Culver City.

Last year, Fiesta attracted more than 25,000 visitors over the course of the weekend. Fiesta attendees always enjoy family-friendly activities, an extensive showcase of local organizations, a weekend dance party, roving performers, special appearances, and diverse dining choices.

The popular Culver City event features live music, food trucks and a variety of food concessions, a beer and wine garden, carnival rides, artisan wares, and many family-oriented attractions for all ages. Veterans Park is located at 4117 Overland Avenue in Culver City. Admission is free.

Fiesta La Ballona began in 1951 as a weeklong celebration of the region's early settlers and has evolved into a three-day festival that kicks off the afternoon of Friday, August 22 and closes down late Sunday night on August 24. Fiesta is named after the La Ballona Valley which was so named by the ranchers who settled the valley in the early 1800's, Fiesta hours are 4:30pm to 10:00pm on Friday, 11:00am to 10:00pm on Saturday and 11:00am to 9:00pm on Sunday.
