March 18 through the 24

Robbery:

On March 18 at 2:34 pm, officers responded to the 5800 block of Sepulveda Boulevard regarding a robbery investigation. The officers then talked to the victim who told them the following; the suspects entered the location and immediately demanded money and Suspect 1 then produced a handgun and asked for the manger. The suspects then went to manager’s office and remove the US currency. The suspects then fled the location. The suspects were described a male Blacks, both in their 20’s, 5’7 to 6’0, and thin builds.

Vandalism:

On March 18 at 9:45 pm, a victim called the police department to report that her 1996 Honda had been vandalized. The victim said she parked and locked her car in the 10700 block of Galvin Street on March 17 at 8:30 pm. When she returned the next morning she discovered all of the tires had been punctured.

Burglary:

On March 20 at 10:39 am, officers responded to the 4100 block of Mentone Avenue regarding a burglary investigation. The officers met with the reporting party who told them the following; she had locked and secured her parents home on March 19 at 10:00 am. When she returned the next morning she noticed the rear doors were opened and property missing.

Commercial Burglary;

On March 21, 2014 at 6:15 pm, officers responded to the 8500 block of National Boulevard regarding a burglary investigation. The officers met with the reporting party who told them the following; when she arrived at the location she noticed a lock was missing from a storage unit. She then opened the door and discovered all property was missing.

Theft of bicycle:

On March 23 at 3:45 pm, a victim came to the police department to report her Firm Strong mountain bike was missing. The victim said she locked and secured her bike in the 9500 block of Culver Boulevard at 12:55 pm. When she returned at 2:55 pm, her bicycle was missing.
