Babytalk LA Expands to Culver City

Babytalk LA (www.babytalkla.com), the educational program that gives new and expecting parents the information to understand and feel good about their babies’ development, announces the launch of their partnership with Turning Point School (www.turningpointschool.org).

Babytalk LA will be bringing its programming to Turning Point to serve parents of toddlers in the Turning Point community. Babytalk LA will draw upon it’s cadre of Child Raising Specialists to bring Culver City parents the same programs offered at its Beverly Hills location.

“We couldn’t be happier about our partnership with Turning Point School,” said Babytalk LA’s founder Vanessa Karubian Saxe. “The opportunity to work alongside such a prestigious educational institution and to expand our reach to serve other communities in Los Angeles is invaluable. The state-of-the-art facilities at Turning Point will allow Babytalk LA to host larger special events to parents in the community in addition to our Parenting Groups.”

"At Babytalk LA, we strive to empower our parents to feel good about their parenting styles and to be educated on all the different approaches to parenting. I am excited to take our programs to Turning Point and the Culver City community,” says Elsa Collins, Babytalk LA’s Program Director.

“Turning Point School embraces its new partnership with BabyTalk LA, a group we find to be philosophically aligned with our whole child philosophy,” said Deborah Richman, Head of Turning Point School.

"At every age, from all corners of our campus, our students continue to excel at making connections and embracing leadership. It is with great confidence that they stride into the world awaiting them."

Babytalk LA will begin offering programs for parents of toddlers 1-2 years of age at all locations in September of 2013 and will expand their services to offer programs for parents with children of all ages as time goes on.

Topics that will be covered will span the social, emotional, cognitive and physical development of young toddlers, as well as the emotional, psychological and physical well-being of the parents. There are also plans for Babytalk LA to host a Speaker Series at Turning Point for the parents of children in the greater Culver City community.

Interested parents who have a child who will be between 1-2 years old can fill out a sign up form on Babytalk LA’s website (www.babytalkla.com).

Expecting and new parents can turn to Babytalk LA for access to a well-curated look at parenting philosophies and an environment to hone one’s own parenting style…among friends!
