July 2 through 8.

Residential Burglary:

On July 2 at 4:45 pm officers responded to the 3400 block of McManus Avenue regarding a burglary investigation. The officers met with the victim who told them the following; she left her residence at 12:10 pm. When she returned at 4:15 pm she discovered a window screen had been cut and separated. She then checked the interior of her residence and discovered her property missing.

Residential Burglary:

On July 2 at 9:57 pm officers responded to the 6200 block of Bristol Parkway regarding a burglary investigation. The officers met with the victim who told them the following; he said he and his wife left their residence locked and secured at 7 pm. When they returned at 9 pm he discovered the front door had damage and was open. He then checked the interior of the location and discovered his property missing.

Attempted Stolen Vehicle:

On July 3 at 8:13 pm officers responded to the 4000 block of Minerva Avenue regarding a stolen vehicle investigation. The officers met with the reporting party who told them the following; he went outside to retrieve some property from his vehicle when he noticed a subject sitting in the passenger seat of a black Honda. When he made eye contact with the subject he exited the Honda and walked to another vehicle and left the location. The officers then contacted the owner of the Honda and discovered the subject that was in the vehicle had attempted to steal the car. The suspects were described as two male Hispanics.

Car Burglary:

On July 6 at 1:21 pm a victim came to the police department to report her 1998 Ford had been burglarized. The victim said she parked and locked her car in the 9800 block of Jefferson Boulevard at 11 am. When she returned at 12:50 pm she discovered her front passenger window had been smashed out and her property missing.

Street Robbery:

On July 83 at 11:26 pm officers responded to the area of Washington Boulevard and Cattaraugus Avenue regarding a robbery investigation. The officers met with the victim who them the following; he was waiting for the bus when he was approached by four to five males. One of the suspects punched him and he fell to the ground. The suspects then took his property and fled the area. The suspects were described as male Blacks, 17-19 years of age, all wearing hooded sweatshirts and baseball caps.
