For January 1 to 7

Vandalism:

On January 2 at 7:34 am a victim of vandalism called the police department to report his business had been vandalized. The business is located in the 5800 block of Washington Boulevard. On December 30, 2012 at 7 pm he locked and secured the location and there was no damage to the location. When he returned on January 2, 2013 at 7 am he discovered the vandalism.

Burglary:

On January 2 at 12:09 pm officers responded to the 10300 block of Jefferson Boulevard regarding a burglary investigation. The officers arrived and met with the victim who told them the following; He locked and secured the storage unit on December 31, 2012 at 5 pm and when he returned on January 2, 2013 at 11 am discovered the locks had been cut and the doors open. He checked the interior and discovered his property missing.

Residential Burglary:

On January 2 at 12:48 pm officers responded to the 3400 block of Caroline Avenue regarding a burglary investigation. The officers met with the victim who told them the following; he said his wife locked and secured their residence at 8:55 am. He returned at 1:35 pm and discovered a window had been pried open and his property missing.

Vandalism:

On January 6 at 10:09 am a victim called the police department to report her 2008 Honda had been vandalized. The victim said she parked and locked her vehicle in the 11400 block of Washington Boulevard on January 4 at 8 pm. When she returned the next morning at 9:45 she discovered unknown suspect(s) had spray painted her car.
