For December 17, 2012

Car Burglary:

On December 13 at 10:25 pm a victim called the police department to report her 2008 Range Rover had been burglarized. The victim said she valet parked her car in the 12500 block of Washington Boulevard at 7:30 pm. When she returned at 10:10 pm she discovered her driver side window had been smashed and her property missing.

Stolen Vehicle:

On December 15 at 2:20 pm a victim came to the police department to report one of her vehicles was missing from her business is located in the 9000 block of Washington Boulevard. The reporting party said on October 5, 2012 she had a 2012 Toyota at her business and the last time the vehicle was seen on October 30.

Commercial Robbery:

On December 16 at 12:48 am officers responded to the 6300 block of Slauson Avenue regarding a robbery investigation. The officers met with the victim who told them the following; he working behind the counter when he was approached by the suspect who asked for some change and them produced a handgun and demanded the money from the cash drawer. Fearing for his safety he let the suspect take the money. The suspect then fled the location. The suspect was described as male White or Hispanic, 35-40 years of age, stocky build, and wearing a dark blue sweatshirt.

Forgery:

On December 16 at 6:40 pm a victim called the police department to report she was a victim of forgery. The victim said an unknown suspect had used her debit card and withdrew funds from her account on four separate occasions. The victim said all the transactions took place in the City of Glendale.

Car Burglary:

On December 17 at 8:10 am a victim called the police department to report his 1994 Honda had been burglarized. The victim said he parked and locked his car in the 5600 block of Windsor Way on December 15 at 6 pm, and when he returned on December 17 he discovered his door unlocked and his property missing.
