March 13 through 18

Residential Burglary:

On March 13 at 4 pm officers responded to the 4100 block of Bledsoe Avenue regarding a burglary investigation. The officers arrived and met with the victim who told them the following; she locked and secured the residence at 10:40 am and returned at 3:40 pm. The victim said she saw two window screens had been removed and the windows were opened. She then entered her residence and discovered her property was missing.

Auto Burglary:

On March 14 at 12:50 pm a victim called the police department to report her vehicle was burglarized. The victim said she parked and locked her car in the 8600 block of Hayden Place at 7:55 am. When she returned at 12:30 pm she discovered her driver side door had been force open and her property missing.

Attempt Residential Burglary:

On March 15 at 11:35 pm officers responded to the 3400 block of Fay Avenue regarding an attempted burglary investigation. The officers met with the victim who told them the following; she locked and secured her residence at 4 pm and returned at 9 pm. When she returned she discovered a window screen had been removed from a widow and there were pry marks on the window itself. The suspect(s) were not able to gain entry into the home.

Stolen Car:

On March 16 at 2 pm a victim came to the police department to report her 1995 Toyota had been stolen. The victim said she parked and locked her vehicle in the 10800 block of Jefferson Boulevard at 8 am. When she returned at 9 pm her vehicle was missing.

Grand Theft:

On March 16 at 6 pm a victim came to the police department to report unknown suspect(s) had stolen his property from his vehicle. The victim said he parked his vehicle on March 15 at 6:15 pm in the 11200 block of Ryan dale Drive and when he returned the next day at 2:30 pm his property was missing from the rear of his truck.

Residential Burglary:

On March 17 at 9:15 pm officers responded to the 3200 block of Roberts Avenue regarding a burglary investigation. The officers met with the victim who told them the following; he left his residence locked and secured at 7 pm and returned at 9 pm as he and his family entered the home they discovered one of the bedrooms had been ransacked and their property missing.
