Willows School Basketball Team Wins Championship
The Willows Community School announces that The Willows Wolves Boys A Basketball Team has won the Pacific Basin League Boys A Division Championship.
The team, which had an undefeated regular season, stormed through the playoffs winning all three playoff games to earn the league championship.
Leading the team to victory was Coach Rahim Muhammad and Willows Athletic Director, Marc Weiss. A crowd of more than 300 Willows fans gathered in the Windward School gymnasium to cheer the team as they conquered Westside Neighborhood School in the final game.
"The support at this game was the true definition of community," Weiss said. "This is a huge win for the school and the boys on the team. Each person attending the game made an impact. It was incredible community spirit."

The Willows Community School is located in Culver City and is a DK through 8th grade independent school enrolling 425 students annually.
