Councilman Scott Malsin is hosting a “Cast Party” fundraiser to support his re-election campaign on Saturday, January 30 in the commissary of Culver Studios. Tickets are available online at http://www.Vote4Scott.org or by calling the campaign hotline at (310) 945-5499.
“It'll be a fantastic event, and your support will help re-elect Scott to the City Council,” said Campaign Chairman Scott Wyant. “The Culver Studios is a landmark facility. It’s the site on which some of the greatest movies of all time were filmed, and it's an active part of today's motion picture industry. We’re expecting a great turnout and guarantee an enjoyable evening.”
The “Cast Party” begins at 6:30 p.m. and will feature food and music. Many unique items have been contributed to the event auction. .

Malsin has earned the support of both Los Angeles County Supervisor Zev Yaroslavsky and MTA Board Member Pam O’Connor, two of Los Angeles’ most prominent leaders on transportation issues.
Supervisor Yaroslavsky serves with Malsin as a Board Member of the Westside Cities Council of Governments and the Expo Line Construction Authority. He is also a member of the MTA Board.
O’Connor, who is Santa Monica’s Mayor Pro Tem as well as a member of the MTA Board and the Expo Construction Authority, said she deeply values Malsin’s leadership.
