The filmmaker, Kathleen Foster, will also be present. Foster is a photojournalist and documentary filmmaker whose work has appeared in publications including the New York Times, Time and Village Voice as well as the Museum of the City of New York.
This event is hosted by the WLAC Social Justice Alliance. This timely documentary dramatizes the tale of a group of remarkable women, how their courage and commitment to change their lives and country has passed from one generation to the next. .
