    The County of Los Angeles Department of Animal Care and Control (DACC) will waive all late penalties and field enforcement fees for pet owners purchasing or renewing pet licenses between December 1, 2024, and February 28, 2025. Pet owners are required to have a valid pet license and their pet must be spayed/neutered and microchipped if they reside in unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County.
