    Saturday night at 10 pm, CCPD Officers were in the area of the 11400 block of Jefferson Blvd, when they were flagged down regarding a subject who was down on the ground in the rear alley.     The City Council unanimously agreed to keep the current penalty rate structure for nonpayment of the City's business tax. Businesses with less than $200,000 in annual gross receipts are exempt from Culver City's business license tax, which was updated by voters in 2022 with Measure BL.
