Culver City High school has a lot of outstanding student athletes but the two that rose to the top of the list for the 2022-2023 season were, for the boys Myles Singleton and for the girls, Joelle Trepagnier. Howard Mitchell, a former long-time Culver City resident, passed away at his Palm Desert, CA home on April 23, 2023. He was 93. Mitch, as he was known to almost everyone, was predeceased by his wife of 52 years, Charline, in 2007.
