Baseball and softball tryouts for boys and girls interested in playing in the Culver City Little League will be held this Saturday and Sunday. All players who want to join must attend at least one of the tryouts, unless they are ill or have another valid excuse, a Little League official said. Centaurs' Young Makes All-CIF Again Culver City High defensive lineman Deon Young has been named all-CIF for the second straight year. Young is a 285-pound senior who has made a non-binding verbal commitment to Northern Arizona. Teammates Julius Wilson and Stanley Norman were also named all-CIF.
