Culver Grad Returns From Marathon Bombing John Odom, 65, returned to his home in Redondo Beach last week after being released by his doctors. Odom, a Culver City High graduate, was severely injured at the Boston Marathon in April when two bombs were detonated. Karen Odom, also a graduate e of Culver City High, was present at the bombing but was uninjured. She has remained by her husband’s side ever since and has reported his recovery on facebook.
