Westside Neighborhood School Installs Ed Massey “Syncopation” Westside Neighborhood School announces it has installed artist Ed Massey’s “Syncopation” mural on its campus. This vibrant, 7,000 square foot artwork was originally installed in 2004 at the Culver Plaza Building in Culver City. As the Culver Plaza Building is now scheduled for demolition and redevelopment, the Syncopation panels have been saved and installed on the facade of WNS. August 21 through 27 Attempted Robbery: On August 21 at 5:30 pm officers responded to the 6000 block of Sepulveda Boulevard regarding an attempted robbery investigation. The officers met with the victim who told them the following; he was texting on his cell phone when he was approached by three male suspects. Suspect I attempted to grab his phone but he was able to fend off the suspect. The suspects then fled the area. I have received requested public documents from our City Hall and Sacramento and, much to my surprise, I discovered the following: 1.
