    A memorial service was held on Friday August 14 in Culver City at Temple Akiba. She passed away at home on Wednesday morning, surrounded by her three daughters. Ann Alexander (Andy) was instrumental in establishing the CC Youth Health Center (now the Sandy Segal Youth Heath Center) at Culver City High in 1984.
