    On Friday The Culver City Police Department announced that Ronald Jay, 62 a resident of Culver City had been found safe. Jay was reported missing on Wednesday . He had been seen near his home in the 4200 block of Jackson Ave in Culver City just before he disappeared. He suffers from Alzheimer's and is known to frequent the area of Venice Beach.     The National Basketball Association announced that the Salary Cap has increased by 7.5% to an all-time high of $63.065 million for the 2014-15 season. The tax level for the 2014-15 season increased by 7.1% to $76.829 million. The Salary Cap and tax level went into effect on July 10, when the league’s “moratorium period” ended and teams could begin signing free agents and making trades.
