    Richard Turner of Culver City has graduated from Loyola Marymount University, joining more than 1,300 classmates in LMU's 2012 Centennial graduating class. Turner earned a Bachelor of Arts in Screenwriting, and graduated Summa cum Laude. Founded in 1911, LMU is ranked fourth in "Best Regional Universities/West" by U.S. News & World Report.     The NBA Board of Governors has unanimously approved three additional uses of instant replay review for the upcoming 2012-13 season.. Instant replay may now be used: · To review Flagrant 1 calls.
