    Observer publisher Steve Hadland is resting at home after undergoing triple bypass surgery last Friday. He expects to return to the office in Culver City within a few weeks. Hadland says he greatly appreciates all the well wishes he’s received from his many friends. His cell phone was full over the weekend and callers were told to try again at a later time.     During the interim while the Culver City library is closed, Storytimes is take place at the Veterans Memorial Building on Wednesday mornings from 10 am to 11 a.m. The Veterans Memorial Building is located at 4117 Overland Ave., Culver City.
