    A new non-profit “Friends of the Culver City Scout House” organization has been launched designed to preserve, maintain and operate the Culver City Scout House for the benefit of youth groups and other community organizations. The well-used building has served as a meeting place for numerous scouting organizations since the early 1940s and was moved to its current location, 10866 Culver Blvd., around 1950.
