    Culver City Police Department Investigators arrested a Manhattan Beach resident believed to have exposed himself to a female juvenile at Culver City Park on Thursday June 12. At approximately 1:45 PM, a male adult exposed himself to a female juvenile at the park. Witnesses were able to obtain a license plate from the suspect's vehicle.
