    Arrest Warrant Issued For Culver Man An arrest warrant has been issued for Caesar David Nunez, 22 of Culver City, for threatening to kill Arizona Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in April 2013. According to the Maricopa County Sherriff’s Office, the warrant to arrest Nunez was issued on Monday following an investigation by Maricopa County Sheriff’s detectives who traveled to the Los Angeles area to work with officers from the El Segundo Police Department to track down Nunez.     Former City Manager Returns to Southland Mark Scott, who briefly served as City Manager for Culver City, announced on Wednesday he has resigned as City Manager of Fresno to accept the City Manager’s job in Burbank. Scott spent two decades working for the city of Beverly Hills, 14 of which as City Manager. He was also City Manger in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
