It’s summer, and that means Culver City High’s football team is preparing for the upcoming season. The Centaurs participated in the first of several passing league tournaments last week and reached the semi-finals of the San Fernando Valley Elite event. Included was a quarter-final 41-32 victory over top-seeded Westlake. Culver then lost its semi-final game to Alemany, 35-23.
