A three week ordeal is over for the family of a missing 15-year-old girl from Mar Vista. She was recovered by the Los Angeles Police Department from a home in Culver City. Samuel Robert Duran Jr., 33, was arrested for allegedly repeatedly raping the girl and is now behind bars at Los Angeles County Jail. His bail has been set at $8 million. Culver City was hit by a 3.5-magnitude earthquake Sunday night, hours after a smaller temblor 2.5 temblor struck according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
